The Most Comfortable Beach Pants

These pants are loose and comfortable and in a soft cotton stretchy fabric that breaths and lets the heat escape, so you will be less sweaty.... AND the fabric is not so lightweight that they are see-through.
There is a wide cotton spandex waistband, which you can wear up or down.... either high to flatten your tummy or fold them over and wear them down on your hips.
